The main leverage of the US and China to support the technological leadership is their army. As Premier Donald Tusk uses to say, we need one army. It doesn\u2019t mean to merge our national armies, it deals with developing a structural coop\u00e9ration between armies in all fiels.\u00a0\u00bb
